For computers, cell phones and other electronics, go to earth911.org, usedcomputer.com/nonprof.html and epa.gov/epaoswer/hazwaster/recycle/ecycling/donate.htm. And local hospitals, homeless shelters, nursing homes and libraries generally are happy to accept books.
