The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors recently released a study that showed how to get the biggest return on your investment when doing updates or remodeling in your home. Kitchen remodels and anything done to the exterior of the home, including siding replacement, wood deck additions and window replacements show the largest increase in value when compared to the cost of the improvement.
