County/City Home Assessments

For those of you who feel your home was assessed unfairly, you need to watch the deadlines to dispute the assessment. In Alexandria (www.alexandriava.gov/realestate), the deadline for submission is April 1st. Arlington County (www.arlingtonva.us/services/realestateassessments) is March 2nd.
